Joseph was a prisoner one day, and by the next, he became governor of Egypt. What caused such a dramatic turnaround? Favor. When favor rests on you, it grants you divine authority and causes men to submit to your leadership.

Authority that comes by favor is not seized—it is bestowed. When God favors you, people will listen to your voice, follow your instructions, and align with your vision.
